WHAT IS NURROW?
Nurrow is your OT-informed parent education video platform.
A place full of practical tools, evidence-based strategies, lived experience, and real-life support for the everyday moments that can feel so hard.

Our belief is that every family deserves access to knowledge, experience and support.
Nurrow is structured for easy, consumable learning for busy families. A simple way to guide parents through real-world understanding, step by step, without overwhelm or confusion.
INSIDE NURROW

Modules
Each module is focused on a key area or skill within child development.
Our first module is Emotional Regulation.
Future modules in development include School Advocacy, Friendships, Sensory Processing, and Play.

Each module is broken into 3–5 chapters.
The Emotional Regulation chapters are:

Short 3-5 minute videos of OTs sharing their knowledge, experience, and practical strategies, real-life tools families can use immediately to connect with their child and build skills within the family unit.
Grounded in occupational therapy knowledge, and designed to be consumed on the go, while running errands, in the car, or out and about.

The Connection Sessions - because questions about child development, behaviour, and needs are continually arising.
Join a live video call with our community, led by OTs, where you get real answers, real strategies, and a united, supportive community.
Monday mornings, 11am. Make a coffee and connect after school drop-off.
Can't make it live? Sessions are recorded so you can catch up anytime.
