OUR STORY
Nurrow was created from 14 years of professional experience in paediatric occupational therapy, combined with the lived reality of becoming first-time parents.
Over time, we saw a clear and consistent gap between expert knowledge and what families can actually access, understand, and apply in everyday life. Like so many parents, we found ourselves turning to social media or AI, searching for answers. We know the reality of midnight scrolling.
Desperately searching "why is my child melting down after being with her grandparents?" or "how do I calm my child down?" in moments of exhaustion, uncertainty, and breaking point.
So much information exists, but it's often overwhelming, too clinical, or disconnected from real family life. Parents are left trying to translate complex ideas into practical strategies, while already stretched and under pressure.
At the same time, demand for support keeps growing, while access to timely, practical guidance is becoming harder to find. Occupational Therapists are stretched thin, systems like NDIS are under pressure, and for many families, consistent support can feel out of reach.
Nurrow exists to change that.
We bridge the gap between clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and thousands of meaningful conversations with families, turning it into something practical, simple, and usable in everyday parenting. We translate evidence-based strategies into easy-to-consume video modules, live coaching, and tools families can use in real moments.
This isn't about more information. It's about better access, clearer understanding, and real-world support. A space where families feel supported, can ask questions, and don't feel alone.
Nurrow is here to support a new generation of parenting. One that values connection, accessibility, and confidence in everyday family life.
